- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

the location of the villa was superb as the views from it were magnificent. The access track from the main road could do with some improvement as the pot holes will not get any smaller!The owners with little english were kind and really helpful with any questions that we would ask. It was a relaxing holiday with only occasionally being disrupted by the donkey next door.
