Santamargherita is located conveniently in a rural setting not far from Arezzo. The hosts were very helpful and the rooms were clean and adequate. It is ideal for a Tuscany area base if you are traveling by car. We took day trips to Siena and to Rome via express train from the Arezzo station. We should have stayed another day and day-tripped to Florence by train. The photo is a view from our window overlooking some old, quaint farm buildings. Highly recommend.

Zeer mooie locatie. Appartementen zelf niet heel ruim, maar volop ruimte in en om het huis. Zwembad in het weekend druk, maar zeer ruim en met voldoende meubilair. Goed restaurant op het terrein met korting voor gasten. Boodschappen op loopafstand en veel mooie uitstapjes te maken in de omgeving. Een locatie die een sjieke indruk maakt, maar mede door de hartelijke eigenaren/ medewerkers snel als thuis voelt.

Swimming pool is crowded during the weekend but very spacious and with adequate furniture. Good restaurant on site with discounts for guests. Within walking distance for grocery and many beautiful trips nearby. A location that makes a chic impression, but quickly feels like home because of the warm owners / staff.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
