You will find Podere San Bono in a panoramic position overlooking fine vineyards, olive groves and woods, just a few km from Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano, in the Valdorcia. Both towns are for sure destinations of artistic, historical, architectural and gastronomic interest. If you love good wine, or wish to discover it, you certainly cannot miss the appointment with the Nobile di Montepulciano. There are tastings at good prices in the town's countless ancient cellars, often carved into the rock, and absolutely worth visiting.
The villa has a large enclosed and well-equipped garden area. The gazebo with curtains to ensure shade and coolness, the garden furniture, the barbecue and the wood-burning oven will sound like an invitation to spend quality time with your family. During dinners and barbecues, obviously accompanied by a bottle of Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
The garden and the private swimming pool, also fenced (size 6x12 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), will be the place for endless games with your children and also with your pets, small size dogs are welcome.
Podere San Bono has a rustic charm, there is something special about this lovely villa, a warm atmosphere which will remain in your heart. Even the equipment and interior finishes are of a good standard to guarantee a totally relaxing holiday. The owner wishes to keep this place unspoilt and far from the frenetic pace of modern life, which is why, for instance, the house does not have an internet access. In Podere San Bono you could rediscover human relationships as well as benefit from digital detox.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Das Haus liegt idyllisch umgeben von Wein- und Olivenbäumen. Das Haus und der große Garten bieten genügend Platz für Erholung und beispielsweise gemeinsame Grillabende. Hervorzuheben ist der super schöne, große und gepflegte Pool, der zum Schwimmen und Sonnen einlädt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, kommen täglich vorbei und kümmern sich um Garten und Pool. Verwöhnt wurden wir auch durch einen leckeren, selbstgebackenen Kuchen zum 15. August.
Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, was aber auch nicht störend ist, einzig die Sanitäranlagen sollten saniert werden.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, Spülmaschine ... vorhanden.
Die funktionierende Waschmaschine ist im Garten.
Die Gastgeber sprechen nur Italienisch.

The house and the large garden offer plenty of space for relaxation and barbecues, for example. The super beautiful, large and well-maintained pool, which invites you to swim and sunbathe, deserves special mention. The hosts are very friendly, come by every day and look after the garden and pool. We were also spoiled by a delicious homemade cake on August 15th.
The furnishings are getting on in years, but this is not a problem, only the sanitary facilities should be renovated.
The kitchen is well equipped. Toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher ... available.
The working washing machine is in the garden.

Grande maison rustique mais fonctionnelle avec une très grande piscine. Mention spéciale à l'accueil de nos hôtes d' une gentillesse rare. Localisation parfaite en pleine nature et à 5mn de Montepulciano.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen auf dem Podere San Bono verbracht.
Die 2 Wohnungen sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und für den Urlaub genau richtig. Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind die Bäder, bei denen eine kleine Renovation nicht schaden würde. Hat uns jedoch nicht so gestört.
Die Besitzerfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die selbstgemachten Picci‘s al Ragout waren Weltklasse.
Das Highlight war der Pool. Gross und genug Platz für 6-9 Personen. Das Gazebo ist ideal um zu essen oder den Abend bei spielen zu verbringen.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
