The owners themselves, Luca and Patrizia, in addition to excellent organic extra virgin olive oil, wine and other fine goods, also produce a natural food supplement based on olive leaf extract.
The villa is a combination of old, modern and hospitality: stylish furnishings and all the necessary comforts and facilities. In the cool pergola, in front of the kitchen, equipped with wooden furniture and barbecue, you can relax and dine al fresco. Our guests are enthusiastic about the extras offered by the very friendly owners (starter pack of detergents, tea, coffee, sugar), fresh vegetables, homemade cakes, welcome drink... and consider them one of the bonuses of the villa.
In the wide garden you can spend your leisure days thanks to the beautiful private swimming pool (size mt. 6x12, depth mt. 1.20-1.80 - open from 01st April to 30th September), with comfortable wooden sunbeds, table tennis and games for children. In the surrounding area there are many paths suitable for cycling or trekking, with children as well, in the wonderful Tuscan landscape.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen in der Toskana verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns das traumhafte Grundstück mit dem gepflegten Swimmingpool sowie die atemberaubende Aussicht inklusive unvergesslicher Sonnenaufgänge. Durch die Lage ist das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana, sei es in charmante kleine Dörfer oder Städte wie Florenz und Siena. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, zugleich hatten wir jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, den wir sehr empfehlen können.

We were particularly impressed by the beautiful grounds with the well-maintained swimming pool and the breathtaking views, including unforgettable sunrises. The location makes the house an ideal starting point for excursions in Tuscany, whether to charming little villages or cities such as Florence and Siena. Wir suchten die Einsamkeit und Ruhe, einfach ungezwungen in Familie sein und wir haben es gefunden. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück mit dem herrlichen Pool und der traumhafte Blick über das Tal um Ciggiano, schöner kann es nicht sein.
Die Besitzer kümmern sich jeden Morgen um das Grundstück und die Sauberkeit des Pools ganz unbemerkt und versorgten uns liebevoll mit frischem Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau.
Die Buchung des Objektes und die weitere Betreuung waren unkompliziert.

TV vorhanden mit internationalen Sendern.
Natur pur! Es kommen gelegentlich Pferde sowie die Hunde der Besitzer vorbei um sich Streicheleinheiten abzuholen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten sind etwas hart. Alles was man täglich braucht z. B. zum Kochen ist vorhanden.
In Arezzo gibt's einen riesigen Supermarkt und in Monte San Savino einen etwas kleineren. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Toben und Schwimmen und wird täglich gereinigt. Auf Wunsch kann man bei der netten Vermieterin auch mit 2-tägigem
Vorlauf Mittag- und Abendessen bestellen. Das haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bekamen aber einen ofenwarmen selbstgebackenen Kuchen, der sehr lecker schmeckte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

The landlords are very hospitable and nice and have welcomed us friendly. Who loves the peace and very good air is just right here. The view here is phenomenal and worth a few photos.
The house is clean and comfortable. The mattresses in the double beds are a bit hard. Everything you need daily , for example for cooking, is available.
In Arezzo there is a huge supermarket and in Monte San Savino a little smaller one. The pool is big enough and is cleaned daily. On request you can (with a 2-day pre-order) book lunch and dinner through the owners. We did not use that, but got a oven-warm homemade cake, which tasted very delicious.
