This property is quietly situated on the hills surrounding Florence (8 km away) and offer beautiful views. The 3 units can be connected internally and rented all together as a large house accommodating 8/12 persons and offering 3 pools.
The property owners live on the villa first floor and do not share the use of the garden and of the 3 pools. The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style.
Outside, there is a well-kept Italian garden and large olive groves producing excellent olive oil (available for clients to be purchased).
Distances: Grassina withh general stores approx. 3 km away, Impruneta 4,5 km, Florence (airport) 12 km, the Chianti villages are within 20/50 km, San Gimignano 50 km, Siena 75 km, Arezzo approx. 80 km away, Lucca 90 km, Pisa (airport) 85 km, Cortona 95 km. Rome is accessible by train from Florence in less than 2 hours.
At guests’ disposal: large, private outdoor area and private swimming-pool for each apartment, barbecue. All of the 3 units provide air-conditioning.
