Property Description

Valle was originally a traditional Tuscan farmhouse which has been lovingly restored and furnished with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. Much care has been taken to recreate original features such as the typical wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. It sleeps a maximum of 13 people.

The valley location is a real sun-trap with the surrounding trees giving a sense of seclusion and being close to nature. The grounds are fully enclosed and access is via remote-controlled gates. The accommodation is divided between the main house and the smaller annex which was once the hayloft. Both buildings have their own separate kitchens and living areas. The main house also offers a large dining room and sun room with pool table.

A particularly inviting feature of the villa is the sparkling blue swimming pool. Attractive large and well-positioned, it is surrounded by lounge chairs shaded by umbrellas. In this spot one can also enjoy a candle-lit dinner, in the midst of the greenery and flowers, while taking in the sunset and being serenaded by humming cicadas..

EXTERNAL AREAS
In between these two buildings runs an open terrace with swimming pool (12m x 7m), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas and a Jacuzzi tub (cold water). Adjacent to this pool area is a shady gazebo with dining table and chairs and the charcoal barbecue area with two fridges. Various other sitting areas and tables by the pool and to the rear of the main house. The buildings are set in a private, enclosed garden featuring a large area of lawn with trees and attractive flower beds and a bocce (Italians bowls) court.

First floor: One small double bedroom and one small single bedroom, bathroom with shower.
