Nice farmhouse quietly situated on a large farming estate in the Maremma region, approx. 30 km away from the Tuscan coastline. This property, surrounded by olive groves and grazing land, comprises 3 units (one of which occupied by the property owners) and some rural outbuildings. All of the 2 units offer nice interiors, furnished in a rustic style. Outside guests can enjoy use of a beautiful pool. On the premises there also is an ancient church.
The property’s strategic location allows easy access to the most beautiful areas of the Maremma region (Marsiliana, Manciano, Pitigliano, Sovana ecc…) and of south Tuscany.
The beautiful Tuscan coastline is approx. 30 km away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any cars.
Distances: Manciano with shops of all kind 9 km away, Marsiliana 11 km, Pitigliano 29 km, Talamone (beaches) 40 km away, Ansedonia 37 km, Porto Santo Stefano with ferries to Giglio and Giannutri Island 40 km away, the entrance to “Uccellina Natural Preserve” is approx. 40 km away, Grosseto 50 km, Siena 130 km, Rome 175 km away.
At guests’ disposal: all of the 2 apartments provide a personal, furnished outdoor area ideal for al-fresco dining, nice swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 through 30/09) to be shared occasionally with the property owners. Laundry room with washing-machine available. WI-FI internet connection provided (free of charge).
