Cennina is a beautiful property about 5 km from the town of Bucine in the territory between Siena, Arezzo and the Chianti. Made up of 13 units (3 villas and 10 apartments), this property lies immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. It is surrounded by fields farmed by the owners, who make wine and extra virgin olive oil.
The entire environment is characterized by tranquility and large spaces; great attention has been given to relaxation and fun: in fact guests can take advantage of a large, panoramic pool, tennis court, soccer field, gym and steam room.
The interiors are very well-maintained and each apartment offers bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathroom, and a private outdoor space equipped for eating outside.
The location is within reach of Tuscany's most important historic and art treasures.
Distances: Bucine with shops of all kinds 4,5 km away, Montevarchi (importanti outlet with designer brands) 13 km, the Chianti Classico zone (Gaiole, Radda, Greve, Castellina etc…) is within a 25/60 km radius, Rapolano Terme (famous for its thermal baths) 30 km, Arezzo 35 km, Siena 40 km away, Florence 70 km, Montepulciano 70 km, the beautiful Val d'Orcia territory (Pienza, San Quirico, Radicofani etc…) is within a 50/80 km radius, Montalcino (land of Brunello) 80 km away.

At guests' disposal: large, common outdoor spaces with lawn and paved areas, large pool (19 x 8 m circa - minimum depth 1,2 m - maximum depth 1,4 m) shared by guests of the property, with whirlpool, shower and bathroom with changing area near the pool, tennis court, soccer field and gym.
Each apartment has its own private, equipped outdoor space. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. WI-FI internet connection available free of charge in an outdoor space near the reception area.
5,000 m2 lake and 85 hectares of organic vineyards and olive groves, with 40 hectares of tall woods.

La Puzzola is a smaller villa located in the small village of Solata. The town of Bucine is close as well, and Arezzo is only 35 kilometers away.

This is the perfect villa for a couple or small family looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the noise of the city. La Puzzola is a completely independent villa that sets about 4 kilometer off the road and as such offers a great deal of privacy.

Today we will look at Villa Olimpia in our Villa Spotlight. Villa Olimpia is a perfect place for a large group or family reunion that wants to have space to themselves, but still have large common areas to enjoy each others company in as well.

This massive villa sleeps up to 17 people in 9 bedrooms. Set in picturesque olive groves near the border of the Chianti Classico region, you may not want to leave the villa once you arrive!

Who doesn't want a dream wedding? Many of us fantasize about whisking our closest friends and relatives away to Tuscany for our wedding, but few are lucky enough to follow through with this dream. Both villas are part of the huge estate of the Villa La Selva, where the owners live and oversee their winery and other operations.

Villa Felciai has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and can sleep a maximum of 24 people more than comfortably. The villa is on a small country road just outside of the medieval hamlet of Monte Benichi, a secluded area of Tuscany that lies between Siena and Arezzo.

Bei der Auswahl der Ferienunterkunft hatte ich mich daran orientiert, dass die 7nzerkunft mit Moskitofenstern ausgestattet ist. I’m schlafzimmer war das auch der Fall. Aber was nützt das, wenn das Schlafzimmer keine Tür hat? Das sollte, meine ich, in der Beschreibung deutlich vermerkt sein,
Aber ansonsten war die Ausstattung und auch der Service vor Ort super.
