The owners are always available to answer any question you may have during your stay.
Provisions for a Continental Breakfast will be stocked in the kitchen for your stay.

The house is located in a very stategic position, very easy to find and very easy to move for daily excursions in the area.
The beautiful towns of Montepulciano and Pienza are just 15min driving from the house and Montalcino with its famous Brunello wine is 30min. far.
In 1 hour driving you can get to Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Cortona!
There are many thermal Pools very close to the house.
The owners are at your complete disposal for helping you to arrange visit to the main cellar and wineyard in Montepulciano and Montalcino and for wine tasting.

Interior Description

Apartament (300 sq mt.) first floor of the house.
The entrance is through the hearthroom with a tipical wood-burningfireplace and a wet bar.
Ahead is the combined living/dining room with spectacular view across the entire back window wall.
Adjacent to the living/dining room is a large, professionally equipped kitchen at the disposal of the guests.
Provisions for a Continental Breakfast will be stocked in the kitchen for your stay.

Opening either side of the hearthroom are the two master bedroom suites:

Lavanda Suite has two double beds and ensuite bathroom with a large panoramic shower.
Ginestra Suite contains its own living with a double sofa bed (available on request and to pay on the spot) and adjacent is the great King size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
