Beautiful country house situated on the hills of the famous Chianti Classico region, about 20 km from Siena.
This property offers a panoramic view over Chianti area and guarantees privacy and comfort as well as a swimming pool and a large garden with a barbecue area. The interiors are tastefully furnished using materials from Tuscany.
This property is situated in very strategic location that allows you to visit the beauties of the area and discover the most important vineyards of Chianti Classico.

Entry to the villa is via the basement level directly into an open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The lounge area is furnished with a sofa that faces a flat screen television. Close by is a wooden dining table with four chairs. To the left is a small bathroom with shower.The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with separate freezer compartment. There is plenty of cupboard and workspace available. The kitchen is divided from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar with three stools. At the opposite side of the room is a staircase leading up to the ground floor.
Ground floor (accessible via a nice outdoor area and equipped): dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster), room with washing machine, bathroom with shower.
First floor: living room with sofa beds, satellite TV, and access to an outdoor area with veranda. From here on access to large garden. Bathroom with shower.
At the top of the stairs on the 1st floor is a bright and airy lounge.
This room offers plenty of space and is furnished with two sofas centred around a television. Other furnishings include three wooden cabinets and a dining table with four chairs. French doors open out onto the loggia and garden. A second set of French doors open out onto a small Juliet balcony which overlooks the front terrace. There is also access to a bathroom with shower from the lounge.
Second floor: at the top of the stairs on the second floor and directly ahead is the double bedroom. This bright airy room is furnished with a wrought iron double bed, two matching double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. French doors open onto a large balcony which looks across the hamlet towards the vineyards and hills beyond. To the right of the stairs is a bathroom with shower. Next to this is the twin bedroom. It comprises of two single iron beds, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. French doors open out onto the large balcony which is shared with the double bedroom.
In both bedrooms there is an air conditioning very quiet.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir haben das Haus mit drei Personen Ende Mai/Anfang Juni 2016 bewohnt und waren rundum zufrieden. Der sehr freundliche, zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Vermieter hat uns eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei separate Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Terrasse und zwei Balkone, alles im sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich im obersten Geschoss des Hauses, die Badezimmer sind über die drei Etagen verteilt. WLAN und TV funktionieren perfekt.
Bei Fragen und Problemen war der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und hat jederzeit eine gute Lösung parat.
Das Haus fügt sich in eine geschickt angeordnete und konzipierte Anlage, die auch über einen Gemeinschaftspool verfügt. Die Straße, die an der Anlage vorbeiführt ist wenig befahren und stört nicht wirklich. Sehr schönes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im toskanischen Landhausstil. Teil eines Doppelhauses einer erst vor einigen Jahren errichteten kleinen Anlage am Rande einer kleinen Durchfahrtsstraße, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen und harmonisch in Wein- und Olivenfelder eingefügt. Der Eigentümer empfing uns herzlich und pünktlich wie vereinbart und mit einem Korb voller Leckereien, sodass wir für den Abend schon ausgesorgt hätten! Er zeigte uns das ganze Haus auf insgesamt drei Etagen, das er als Ferienhaus auch selbst bewohnt. Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt drei Bäder und zwei Gartenbereiche sowie einen Balkon; zu einer späteren Jahreszeit kann man hier bestimmt wunderbare Abende genießen! Der Gemeinschaftspool ist schön angelegt und wird ab Mitte Mai geöffnet.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. was man braucht, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gibt es ebenfalls. sogar einen Pizzaofen!
Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt für Familien oder befreundete Paare empfehlen. Vom Haus aus ist man zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten im Ort Villa a Sesta mit einigen guten Lokalen, der nächste größere Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist das mittelalterliche Städtchen Castelnuovo Berardenga in 6 km Entfernung.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Erg aimabele gastheer, die ons verwelkomde met aandacht en behulpzaamheid, met bovendien een klein welkomsgeschenk in de vorm van plaatselijke producten die we konden bereiden. Erg flexibel ook (door onverwachte omstandigheden later aangekomen) qua beschikbaarheid en oplossen van vraagjes.
