La caa di Wanda is a holiday home in Bagnone in Lunigiana, an area famous for being the Tuscan hinterland populated by the Romans in ancient times. All this is documented by various archaeological findings that depart from Sarzana until the whole length of the river Magra.

Bagnone is a small village in this area, in the municipality of Massa-Carrara, it takes about 15 minutes from Aulla and about 35 minutes from the sea at Marinella di Sarzana.
The village is very small and therefore quiet and reserved.

The house is located on the main street of Bagnone and is flanked by another house inhabited by elderly gentlemen and the other side is bordered by a machine workshop.

There are 2 parking spaces.
The garden of about 1000 square meters, with plants and vines, is private for guests.

On the back is an above ground pool of 7x4 meters and a covered area with a table for lunch and dinner outdoors. Barbecue.

Interior Description

The Holiday home "La casa di Wanda" is a rustic house, which has maintained its style and charm over the years, and it is simple, but functional.

Entering, the interior shows a large hall and the stairs going up to the first floor.

On the ground floor: living room with two sofas, TV, SAT and DVD player.
Simple kitchen with 4 burners, oven, coffee maker and washing machine.
Under the stairs there is a small bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
Down the hall is a terrace overlooking the back garden, where a table and an umbrella makes it ideal having breakfast during the summer.

First floor: Here is a double bedroom with a window overlooking the garden, a passage room with a bunk bed, a sink and a balcony on the front of the house. This passage room is connected to the second master bedroom.

The holiday home in Bagnone is ideal for those who love nature as the area has many trails and paths.
