French windows in every interior room open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape. Approximately 60 metres from the house, reached via a stone pathway winding through the olive trees, the rectangular swimming pool is set on a terraced lower level. The non-heated pool is lined in blue PVC with a stone edge and measures 6 x 13 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. Entry to the water is via 4 steps, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system. The surrounding synthetic lawn is arranged with sunbeds and umbrellas, offering a peaceful sunbathing area with complete privacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Approximately 100 metres from the villa is the caretakers' house; the caretakers are described as very discreet and are always available to assist guests with any needs or requests during their stay. The villa and its listed accessories and amenities have been subjected to a technical check-up by a responsible technician prior to the beginning of the season, verifying the consistency of the description, the state of operation, and the maintenance of all facilities, in order to guarantee quality, cleanliness, and comfort to all guests.
