Generous areas of manicured lawn provide ideal spaces for children to play freely in a safe and beautiful natural setting. At the back of the villa, on the basement level, the outdoor areas adjacent to the swimming pool include a dedicated lounge area for relaxation and a dining area with a barbecue, both sheltered by a large umbrella. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a panoramic position at the rear of the villa, enclosed by an access gate for safety. Rectangular in shape and measuring 6 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.55 metres, it features a stone border and is lined in light-coloured PVC. Access to the water is provided by a metal ladder, and the pool is equipped with internal lighting and a chlorine purification system. The surrounding area, finished in teak and stone, is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a convenient cold-water shower is available for guests. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
