This is a wonderful home in Montepulciano! It is a perfect example of a traditional Italian home. It is well located in the historic area. As in all of historic Montepulciano, there are hills involved!

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Large and airy. The bathroom is functional but would benefit from upgrading. The only drawback is the waste management as its a 10 minute drive to the recycling centre or €100 charge for removal

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, mit der unkomplizierten Abwicklung der Übergabe sowie Abgabe des Schlüssels. Die Villa ist sehr komfortabel und schick eingerichtet. Es hatte an nichts gefehlt. Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich und würden mit Sicherheit mal wieder kommen wollen. Liebe Grüße Lutz Schwalm

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit nettem Garten. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, war, daß man ein eigenes Refugium am Meer hat. Es ist ein abgegrenzter Bereich, wo nur die Gäste reinkommen. War sehr schön, man hat Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Wasser und Sonnenschirmen und kleine versteckte Bereiche mit Hängematten und Tischen mit Bänken. Auch hat Herr Vito einen sehr schönen Vortrag über die Gegen gehalten. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Auch die Betreuung war hervorragend.
