Place is great , Views are typical Tuscany and location is awesome, Only complaints are it was very cold when we were there in May and the house was freezing - We had to convince the manager we needed heating on which they eventually switched on. I also Understand its supposedly a working farm but the main issue is the staff working there just wander through the property using the excuse they need a Rake or Broom or shovel from the shed where truth is they are really just checking up on you as there is many ways to reach the shed without walking through the middle of the Outdoor area un announced

Excellent all round. The property was stylishly and very well equipped. It was comfortable with super amenities such as a splendid pool, hot tub, outdoor barbecue and lots of outside accommodation.

eccellente !!! tutto stupendo: l'accoglienza, la pulizia, la struttura e la squisita gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario. esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente, molto comoda per raggiungere le piu' importanti località di Toscana e Umbria.

Het was een prachtige villa op een prachtige plek. Ondanks dat het weer erg tegen viel hebben we er iets moois van gemaakt. Daarentegen merk je dan wel gelijk dat de villa niet gemaakt is voor het koude weer. Het was erg vochtig en als we de airco in de leefruimte aanzette verdween de warmte direct naar boven vanwege de plaatsing van het apparaat, dit kan beter op de muur achter de ' eettafel'.
De badkamer was hierdoor dan waarschijnlijk erg vochtig. De douchecabine was ook erg krap voor de gemiddelde Nederlander.
Desalniettemin was het verder een prachtige plek om te zitten en als het wat warmer was is het ideaal.

The villa is truly unique in its proximity to many of Tuscany‘s favorite places to visit and the quiet setting. We stayed for two weeks and felt like we were leaving our home! Staff is attentive- keeping the space clean or responding quickly to any query we had about the Villa ( Appreciate you, Leonardo)!. This is the place to build memories with families and have ample room to do it. We loved the pool after a long day of being tourists and enjoyed a number of the restaurants in nearby Palaia for evening meals- none disappointed! All the details one would come to expect with a 5 Star property.

Our visit to Florence, Tuscany was fantastic! Our accommodations at Il Fienile were above my expectations! It was like a scene out of a Hallmark movie. It was everything advertised and more. I would encourage anyone wishing to have a memorable stay in Tuscany to consider staying here.

The villa was so charming and comfortable in a stunningly beautiful location right in the vineyards. The outdoor family style table was amazing and we enjoyed the pool and gazebo area for both sun and shade.
