Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per 5 giorni presso Villa Leo. Sono stato accolto dai proprietari, Federica ed Alessandro, in maniera molto cordiale e familiare. Mi hanno mostrato la casa, una struttura nuova, indipendente, ben arredata, molto ampia, dotata di tutti i servizi e di una meravigliosa veranda con vista sulla sottostante vallata. È circondata da un ampio giardino esterno con piscina, barbecue, pergolato e sdraio.
I proprietari sono stati fantastici e disponibili consigliandoci escursioni, paesi da visitare, ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie e attrazioni per i bimbi.
Villa Leo si è subito presentata molto accogliente ed ordinata: erba rasata, luci accese nel giardino, piscina attiva, nonostante fosse sera, acqua molto pulita e telo praticamente nuovo.
Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto riposante, potendo contare sulla privacy garantita da Villa Leo, circondata da olivi, e sulla sua vicinanza ai principali servizi.
In sintesi è una Residenza da consigliare e senza dubbio la migliore fra tutte quelle provate nel cuore della Toscana come rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Jolie petite maison bien équipée et avec tout le confort nécessaire. La climatisation est un vrai plus pour les nuits très chaudes de la région. Le cadre est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup profité des joies de la piscine et du très grand terrain.

The villa is quite romantically located in the middle of an olive grove and with a view of an old castle. The villa is cosy and has everything you need, although the kitchen could be somewhat better well-equipped, and AC in the bedrooms could have spared us some mosquito bites :-) However, the garden with its outdoor dining area and hammock almost make it up for it. We loved staying here and would definitely come back!

We had a great week at Pieve di Sant'Ippolito, it's a splendid and quiet location, the huge pool and outdoor area are really fantastic.
We enjoyed the lovely garden with plenty of sun loungers and shady corners
There were plenty of options for where to sit and enjoy eating outside depending on the time of day.
We also appreciated the pleasant rooms and the comfortable equipment.
The kitchen has everything you need ,big fridge to chill the delicious Italian wines and a dishwasher to keep everything clean and tidy.
The owners were very helpful , they immediately installed an extra sunscreen when we asked for more shade on our terrace.
The house is ideally located, 3 minutes by car from the supermarket , restaurants and other shops are also close by in the town of Asciano.

We are definitely looking to stay there again!

An absolute delight! Tuscan heaven! The villa is beautiful in itself and made up to perfection in original style. The amenities are excellent. Stefano and his wife are the most generous and caring hosts and we cannot recommend more to have a stay at this most stunning sight with the best views.
The pool is splendid and cleaned ever so often.
We could not have had a better and more relaxing summer break.

The location is really nice on top of a hill and close to interesting small towns. The pool area is very fine too. The house is also nice, but need update of bathroom with many damages and it was impossible to sleep in the first floor room under the roof. we really would have appreciated a/c.
