Most amazing property. Pictures cannot express how beautiful. Hoss/owners were so incredibly helpful. Exceeded our expectations. Everything on the property was too quality and so clean.

Our group all had a marvelous time at Castello Pandolfini right from the start. We were greeted with a wonderful welcoming cocktail and appetizers which was a pleasant surprise. The staff & proprietor made sure our needs were being met on a daily basis and were quick to provide help & suggestions on the area's must see. The rooms were kept clean on a daily basis and were all very spacious, comfortable and had their own unique beautiful views of Tuscan hills. The numerous living rooms are all beautifully decorated and furnished with family treasures which makes them all very warm and cozy.
We asked the staff to cook for us one night and we all enjoyed watching them make fresh pasta and invited us to join in the process which was a very neat experience. Food was delicious.
A more powerful internet to reach higher floors and further away rooms and a bigger TV screen were a numerous amount of persons can use to relax would be a great advantage.
We have all been left with wonderful memories of our stay at this very special property.

Such a wonderful villa!! We had a wonderful week and the owners were so helpful! The pool is wonderful and the villa has everything you could need. Hope to be back soon!!

We were a large group of friends some of whom have young children under two years old. In total we were 15 adults and 3 children.
Stefano our host was exceptionally good. Cots and high chairs were provided and the pool area is gated which is useful for the little ones.
The space was excellent for the number we were and the views are spectacular over Montecatini Terme which is a very well connected spa town.
I honestly couldn't praise Stefano enough. He was a very attentive host and took care of the rubbish daily.
On the last night was had dinner made for us in the Villa and this was a real treat! Especially not needing to do the dishes on the last night!
Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. (Just a wee note that there are no spices or salt, pepper, oil etc so you will need to get these).
Overall an excellent stay, and I can say that we would all love to go back!

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Toscana. Das kleine Anwesen liegt sehr abgelegen in den Bergen. Umgeben von Wäldern. Nachbaranwesen sind nicht vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus hat einen eigenen Pool mit Liegefläche. Vom Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Landschaft. (Siehe Fotos).
Im Inneren ist das Anwesen ausreichend mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche/Essküche und Badezimmer ausgestattet. Ein Gasherd, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und ein Fernseher sind vorhanden. Unseres Erachtens vollkommen ausreichend.
Die Eigentümer wohnen ca. 3 Kilometer entfernt auf ihrem Bauernhof. Sie waren mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine sehr nette italienische Familie. Mehr als nur Daumen hoch. Mit der Tochter und dem Sohn war eine problemlose Verständigung auf Englisch möglich. Der Pool wurde in Absprache mit uns gereinigt. Ein unerwartetes Erscheinen am Anwesen erfolgte nicht.
Ein sehr sehr schöner Ort für Ruhe und Erholung. Abends im Außenbereich sitzen und einfach "NICHTS" hören. Ein Steingrill ist vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
Der Hund kann im Grundstück frei herumlaufen. Der Zaun des Grundstücks ist dicht. Auch hier zeigten sich die Eigentümer vollkommen problemlos.
Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 15 Minuten Entfernung in der Stadt Arezzo. Kleinere und größere Supermärkte, Elektrogeschäfte, Baumärkte usw. usw. Falls etwas für den Urlaub vergessen wurde, kann es problemlos gekauft werden.
Wir geben dem Objekt unsere 100% Weiterempfehlung.
Auf eines sollte allerdings geachtet werden. Mit einem Sportwagen oder einem tiefer gelegten Fahrzeug würde ich das Objekt nicht anfahren. Dies ist aber bereits in der Objektbeschreibung vermerkt.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A beautiful holiday home in Tuscany. The small property is very secluded in the mountains. Surrounded by woods. Neighbours do not exist. The holiday home has its own swimming pool with sunbathing area. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the landscape. (See photos).
Inside, the property is adequately furnished with two bedrooms, kitchen / dining room and bathroom. There is a gas stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large fridge with icebox and a TV. In our opinion completely sufficient.
The owners live about 3 kilometers away on their farm. They were more than friendly and accommodating. A very nice Italian family. More than just thumbs up. With the daughter and the son was a problem-free communication in English possible. The pool was cleaned in consultation with us. An unexpected appearance at the property did not occur.
A very very nice place for rest and relaxation. In the evening sit outside and simply "NOTHING". A stone grot is available and can be used.
The dog can walk freely in the property. The fence of the property is secure. Again, the owners showed themselves completely problem-free.
Ample shopping facilities in about 15 minutes distance in the city of Arezzo. Smaller and larger supermarkets, electrical stores, etc. etc. If something for the vacation was forgotten, it can easily be bought.
We give the object our 100% Recommendation.
One thing, however, should be highlighted. The access road is not suitable for a sport car or a lowered vehicle. This is anyway noted in the description.

Mooi huis met ruime tuin er rond en zeer mooi zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op de Toscaanse heuvels. Huis is nogal donker binnenin, door de manier waarop het gebouwd werd op de heuvel.
Ligt wel vrij afgelegen (3 KM op een grintweg die we moeilijk gevonden hadden) dus toch telkens een eind rijden voor winkels en bezienswaardigheden.
De gastheren (familie Magnozzi, eigenaars van het ganse domein Il Gattero) zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.
Zwembad is niet verwarmd en was bij ons (september 9 tem 23) toch wel zeer koud.
Aankomst op zondag (niet verplicht op zaterdag dus) was voor ons aangenaam.
Routebeschrijving in het Nederlands is niet OK, we hebben een uur vruchteloos rondgereden om het te vinden, en uiteindelijk in het dorp de weg moeten vragen.

Wir fühlten uns in diesem Haus vom ersten Moment an wie Zuhause. Nicht nur der Empfang war herzlich, sondern auch die diskrete Umsorgung während der gesamten Urlaubszeit. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses sorgt dafür, dass man ungestört ist und den riesigen Außenbereich einfach genießen kann. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (nur das Sofa könnte mal eine Auffrischung vertragen). Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und wer gerne shoppen geht, kann sich im nahegelegenem Outlet-Center austoben. Wir wären in 2018 gerne wieder gekommen, aber leider war unser Zeitraum schon belegt. Vielleicht klappt es ja in 2019. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We felt at home in this house from the first moment. Not only the welcome was warm, but also the discrete care throughout our holiday time. The whole area was very clean and well maintained. The location of the house ensures that you are undisturbed and can enjoy the huge outdoor area. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired (only the sofa would need to be renewed). The area offers many excursion possibilities and the ones who like to go shopping can enjoy the nearby outlet centre. We would have come back in 2018 gladly, but unfortunately our dates were already occupied. Maybe it will work in 2019. Thank you for the great time!
