Alleinstehendes Toskanaferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht, groß, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Gepflegter privater Pool, gute Parkmöglichkeit sowie große Veranda. Sehr freundlicher, flexibler und zuvorkommender Besitzer, aber spricht nahezu kein Englisch oder Deutsch, Verständigung dennoch trotzdem gut möglich. Weiter zu empfehlen!

Very friendly, flexible and courteous owner, but speaks almost no English or German, communication nevertheless still possible. To recommend!

We loved casa Lina it gave us independence with style. Clean and spacious and the benefit of 2 bathrooms was the best. The décor although dated reminded us of how they lived in the 19th century. The mosaic tiles, and the old fire oven, even though it didn't work was special. The close proximity to the shops was a bonus as we could have a look over the front balcony to see if they were open or not. I would recommend Casa Lina to my friends

We had a fantastic time here. The owners were so friendly & welcoming, really making us feel at home. It's such a beautiful place too and there was so much for our 18mth old old to do. We'd definitely go back

The villa was stunningly beautiful!
It was not only one of the most well kept accomodation we have stayed in, but we got lost on arrival (our bad navigating), and owner even came and picked us up.
The owners went out of their way to accomodate and make our stay the most memoriable and best experience we have ever had, we are so grateful.

Separates Ferienhaus im Grundstück und neben dem Haus des Vermieters, außerhalb von Foiano della Chiana (Auto erforderlich) in ruhiger Lage mit angrenzenden Oliven- und Weinplantagen; sehr freundliche Vermieter; Ausstattung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben (Sat-TV nur italienische Sender eingestellt) und auf den Bildern dargestellt; Bad mit Dusche, die etwas eng ist; wunderschöner Pool ist zum Schwimmen geeignet; am Ferienhaus befindet sich eine Sitzgelegenheit unter einem Pergola; Bett- und Badwäsche sind vorhanden und werden wöchentlich gewechselt.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Separate holiday home on the property and next to the house of the landlord, outside of Foiano della Chiana (car required) in a quiet location with adjacent olive and vineyards; very friendly landlord; Equipment as described in the ad (satellite TV set only Italian channels) and shown in the pictures; Bathroom with shower, which is a bit narrow; beautiful pool is suitable for swimming; The holiday home has a seating area under a pergola; Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.

Nice villa with special flair. Without the big terrace outside, the kitchen inside the house would have been too small, but it was okay when only two people were in the kitchen at the same time. Doors and some of the inventory was not well treated and needs replacement. Next to the villa there was a dog by himself barking all night long which was not nice and kept us awake many hours during the night. The outside terrace is beautiful and we had great hours with our friends there while the wooden Pizza oven made nice dinner for all of us. Without this it wouldn't have been so nice. Pool area is very nice also and a gentleman came every morning to clean up the outside area. Nice house but needs upgrades inside, especially the room doors.
