Hi
we give to this villa e,xcelent score , we spend great holiday in this villa,
Garden are big include private pool with salting water,
The villa was good equipment ,
We didn't like the fact that bathrooms and bedsroom was without keys,
But all the others condition was great and make our stay in this villa excellent vacation,

Es fehlt jegliche Beschilderung an der Zufahrtsstrasse - ohne fremde Hilfe unmöglich zu finden. Sehr schöne Lage, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.

Piękne położenie w gaju oliwnym, apartament nowy, czysty, dobrze urządzony. Świetny widok na morze. Cisza, spokoj, odpoczynek. Polecam w 100 procentach.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat eine super Aussicht auf die Küste und auf das Meer. Sauberkeit und Komfort lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten und der Pool wurden täglich gepflegt und man hatte immer eine Ansprechperson. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht den Tatsachen. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig.

Haus ist modern und gepflegt und ausreichend für zwei Personen. Es liegt nur an einer lauten Strasse und es fehlt eine Waschmaschine.

Maison agréable et bien située. Mais équipement insuffisant : pas de plats à gratins, peu de casseroles et de poelles, une cafetière italienne pour 2 tasses, alors que nous étions 4, une table à repasser non stable, une machine à laver le linge qui n'essore pas à 30°, un éclairage insuffisant dans le séjour, alors que les lumières extérieures sont allumées toute la nuit, vitres et rideaux sales, fauteuil sale, des blattes de jardin dans le séjour, une piscine parait-il ouverte jusqu'au 30 septembre, qui était bâchée, et lorsque nous soulevions la bâche, l'eau était croupie !!! Une prestation payée dont nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier, malgré le beau temps !!! En bref, un rapport qualité/prix injustifié !!!

[Owner Counter Comment] The owners will check the kitchen equipment and supply any missing items. The pool was open and clean but the owners covered it because of the bad weather. They are sorry the guests did not come to them during their stay, they could have helped out and make improvements if necessary already during the stay. Being the house in the countryside, it is possible that some insects enter the house.

Villa Anna was in a great position and we loved the town of San Vincenzo. The apartment was well appointed, the kitchen is very basic though well stocked with crockery etc.
We are very fussy about beds and would say the master bed was a bit average, however we found this through a lot of places we stayed in Italy. So not really a big complaint. Easy Reserve were great to deal with. Very quick to respond with queries
If you go to stay in San Vincenzo make sure you go across to Elba. That was gorgeous.

Gracious, friendly, and very helpful host. Beautiful grounds, quiet setting, delicious wine. Clean, comfortable rooms. Well-stocked kitchen.
