Irene is great ! House is in very good shape. Small shops (butcher, cafe/bar, pharmacy, store, vegetables) within 100m walking distance. Great restaurant (excellent pizza, bistecca and desserts) also in walking distance

Excellent séjour! La propriété est magnifique et encore plus belle que sur les photos. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible.
Nous recommandons fortement cette location au calme et proche de nombreux lieux à voir en Toscane. A noter qu'une épicerie/boulangerie/café est également très proche et commode!

Espacio tranquilo, todo bien exceptuando la comodidad/confortabilidad de los colchones y la visita de cucarachas en la casa anexa (la pequeña en el jardín).
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve]: Quiet location, all fine about the villa except for the comfort of mattresses and for the visit of some cockroaches in the annex (the small house in the garden).
[Counter Comment from the owner] The mattresses are only 2 years old and are of medium hardness in order to satisfy most of the guests and the comfort of a mattress is subjective anyway ....
Regarding the cockroaches: since the annex has its entrance at ground level and the guests leave the door open very often, bugs of any kind can enter.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Location correcte sans plus, les frais de ménage obligatoires à régler sur place ne sont pas justifiés et même exagérés. Par contre bien située pour visiter les sites phares de la Toscane et calme assuré.
