Piękne położenie w gaju oliwnym, apartament nowy, czysty, dobrze urządzony. Świetny widok na morze. Cisza, spokoj, odpoczynek. Polecam w 100 procentach.

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Lage. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und gut gepflegt, auch der Pool sowie die Villa sind sauber und gepflegt.

Nous avons adoré cette location. La propriétaire très sympathique. La situation parfaite pour visiter le Chianti. Une vue superbe. Tout ce dont on rêve pour in tournée en Toscane.

Sorry it has taken so long to write this review - i'm having a massive paperwork tidy-up!
We had a lovely stay at Pozzonovo. The apartment was not luxurious but we were not expecting it to be and it was clean and comfortable. The host and his wife were very friendly and though they didn't really speak much English we managed to communicate quite well through sign language and my GCSE Italian! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden with all the fruit trees, swimming pool, table tennis and boules court. There was plenty of space for visitors from the different apartments. The apartments were also very convenient to the train station at Castiglion Fiorentino. This meant we were able to take trips to Florence, Arezzo and Cortona by train, rather than having to take the car.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Top-Lage, sehr verträumt und romantisch, dennoch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc gut erreichbar (ca 7 Autominuten). Absolut gute Ausstattung und großzügige Zimmer mit zentralem Gemeinschaftsraum und Küche sowie riesen Garten mit überdachtem Freisitz. Freundlicher Empfang und Einführung in die Gesamtanlage im Umfeld des ehemaligen Schlösschens. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber (auch die Poolanlage !). Wir haben den Familienaufenthalt mit insgesamt 10 Personen (Großeltern, Eltern, Enkel) sehr genossen, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, jederzeit gerne wieder !
