Holiday rental La Ghiandaia is a beautiful stone building that includes WiFi internet, private pool and hot tub. The property can sleep up to 20 people comfortably in nine bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Tatti, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 65 km (41 mi) from Montalcino. In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items.

What to Expect
Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. A real time-saver is having a washing machine on the property that is available for the guests to use. Outside you will also find a hot tub, patio and barbecue grill. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 20 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished veranda is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Tuscan weather.

La Ghiandaia is an extremely attractive property part of a vast estate (30 hectares of land) located in the heart of the Maremma region, a wild and uncontaminated area in the southern part of Tuscany. La Ghiandaia is the original stone-built main building which has been completely restored to the highest standard and furnished with many modern amenities - such as air-conditioning on the ground floor, a large professional kitchen and a steam-bath. A particular feature is the unique and unusually large (22x4,5 m) infinity swimming pool in a superb panoramic position, definitely one of the best ones we have ever seen in Tuscany. On a side of the pool there is a very large covered terrace, with a built-in cooking area with barbecue, fridge and sink for entertaining. The pool includes two separate baths, a wading bath and a full size Jacuzzi and is heated by solar panels that make it enjoyable also during Spring and Autumn. Despite its peaceful isolation the property is only at 4 km away from the medieval hamlet of Tatti and 30 minutes away from coastal resorts.
The estate prides itself on its health and wellness - with its bio-dynamic gardens, one hundred percent natural wine, and solar-powered sustainability that allows it to create more energy than it uses every year. In keeping with this philosophy, house rules do no allow smoking inside the house at any time.
