Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’immense villa historique d’´Enrico. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse couverte d’un toit offrant de l’ombre et la piscine. La villa est paisible, d’une propreté irréprochable et est stratégiquement située pour plusieurs activités dans un rayon de 10 à 60 minutes de voiture. Enrico nous a chaleureusemnt accueillis et était facilement joignable si nécessaire.

Prachtige omgeving, mooie natuur. Veel leuke lokale restaurantjes. Ligging van dit vakantie huisje is ook ideaal en lekker rustig. Alleen jammer dat het ook wordt verhuurd aan expats/werknemers. Toen wij er waren , zaten er veel mannen die daar verbleven voor hun werk, in de ochtenden waren ze al vroeg weg, maar tegen 15:00 kwamen ze meestal terug, waren vaak erg luidruchtig en verbleven er vaak met hun collega's/vrienden, namen dan het zwembad en bbq in beslag. Wij mochten gebruik maken van de bbq maar hebben hier echter niet de kans voor gehad omdat het bezet was. Huisje is opzich leuk ingericht, alleen het keukengerei mag wel een update gebruiken. Omdat het enorm heet was 38+ was de airco ideaal. Zwembad water werd door de hitte helaas warm , waardoor het water niet meer fris en verkoelend was, het zwembadwater was ook niet erg schoon en er dreef van alles op de bodem..jammer.. Deborah is een hele lieve warme vrouw. Maar ik denk dat als ze zich meer gaat focussen op echte vakantie gasten, dat ze meer succes gaat boeken.. veel succes in de toekomst.

Casa spaziosa e pulita in ottima posizione. Zona tranquilla ma comoda ai servizi (supermercato, bar, panificio, etc), con possibilità di raggiungere con breve tragitto in auto o bici le località vicine. Abitazione fresca, ma con il plus dell'aria condizionata. Utilissime le bici in dotazione per raggiungere la spiaggia velocemente (raggiungibile anche con piacevole passeggiata di circa 20/25 minuti). Unico neo forse il costo delle pulizie finali, a mio avviso un po' eccessivo. Esperienza eccellente!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small town which was easy to walk around and pick up any supplies we needed in the way of food or pharmacy items. The pool was an added bonus since it was very hot during our stay. We ate at the restaurant in town a couple of times which had delicious meals and a stunning view. Irene was the perfect host and was extremely kind and accommodating with anything we needed in terms of advice for things to do in the area.

A spacious and pleasant apartment situated amidst grapevines and olive trees. Surrounded by oleanders, cypresses and with a beautiful field of sunflowers right next door. An excellent base to explore Toscane and nearby Umbria. Very friendly hostess. Even though she only spoke Italian, we always managed to make ourselves understood thanks to googles translate.

Huis is goed maar erg verouderd. Maar omdat we buiten leven was het niet heel erg. De buitenmeubelen zijn aan vervanging toe de ombouw van het zwembad ook

The grounds surrounding the villa are very lovely, as are the views. The villa has a traditional feel.
