Not enough service provided, no one on site with the exceptions of a few hours. On our last day there was no hot water and no one to fix it, therefore no shower and unable to wash dishes.

The house was mainly lovely. The weather was not, so maybe it affected our feelings. The house definitely requires the use of a car (or a bike) to get anywhere. The less lovely aspects of the house were a) ground floor living room - lights were minimal; TV was in Scandinavian (?) mode and we couldn't understand how to change it (and the management staff didn't assist) ; the kitchen is not sufficient for a large group (our own group was smaller so it didn't affect us too much) - but if you are planning to eat at the villa in the evenings, that could be a challenge. The house has great views, a lovely swimming pool and we really enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved this property. An amazing swimming pool, tennis court was great but best of all was the grand old house itself. Very serviceable kitchen and fantastic living areas, including a long dinner table that easily accommodated the 12 of us. A special thanks to Nicola, Raj and Faith. Non intrusive but always there when we needed them. Grazie

The setting is beautiful. The hosts and staff were very kind and responsive to any issues or questions that we had. The meals that they prepared were delicious. We had a large group (16), so we occupied 3 separate villas. Great layout for gathering. Accommodations were perfect!
