Meat rolls with white whine

- Beef escalops of about 100gr each (3.5 ounces)
- 1 small omelettes for each escalope
- Mix of aromatic herbs: thyme, tarragon, sage, rosemary, mint
- Parmesan cheese in thin slices
- Salt and Pepper
- Glass of white wine

- Prepare as many small omelettes as the escallops.
- Put over each, after salt and pepper, the mixture of the herbs finely chopped, 1 omelette and some thin slices of parmesan.
- Roll each slice and close with a toothpick, put in a pan with olive oil and cook for about ten minutes, add the wine and cook for 5 minutes more.
