The traditional recipe is made with dough and black grape. It's delicious but I think it's more appropriate for brunch or a snack because is very energetic. I substitute this with the following delicious recipe, according to me, as much the original.

- 250 gr plain white flour
- 150 gr sugar
- 4 eggs
- Baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Black grape about 500 gr
- Brown sugar

- Mix the flour and the baking powder, add the eggs, sugar and oil, mix all the ingredients.
- Add to the mixture the grape and lightly stir to avoid to squeeze the grape.
- Place in a buttered tray and place in the hot oven (180°C) for about half an hour.
- When cooked, sprinkle with a little brown sugar on the top.
