This is a selection of cheeses, cured meats and tasty vegetables. Then skip the next course of pasta and go straight to the meat course served along with a healthy salad or vegetables. Of course if you desire a tasty pasta dish then by all means savour it but as a meal on its own as it’s quite filling and high in carbohydrates.
The Italians are famous for their fashion sense and by all means you can fit in and look great while walking around for your days of cultural activities while still wearing comfortable walking shoes. Ladies, there’s no point wearing high heels and only being able to walk short distances before having to sit down.
Walking plenty during the day goes a long way in helping to burn off those extra calories from the rich delicious food you’d like to eat and the fine wine you wish to sip in front of the fire!
