When it comes to Tuscany, in particular, those who book a villa in Tuscany will be able to get more of a taste of the Tuscan lifestyle and will often get to enjoy living in romantic and typically Tuscan spaces for a little while – something you won't get in most hotels!

4. Outdoor Spaces and Al Fresco Living
Additionally, a large percentage of our vacation rentals in Tuscany also offer guests private outdoor spaces in which they can comfortably do like the locals and enjoy long, lazy, delicious meals al fresco. You can also simply sip your morning coffee in the peace and quiet of your private garden. You have somewhere to unwind and sip a great glass of Chianti after a day of exploring Siena or seeing Michelangelo's David and other masterpieces in Florence. And you can rest assured that the little ones have somewhere to run around and burn off some energy!
5. Price-point
When dividing the cost of a large number of our listings per guest per night, the price-point can often be much lower than the cost of a hotel stay. Even our most impressive luxury villas in Tuscany are much more affordable than you might think when you break the cost down in this manner and compare to some hotel prices! So, if you want to make your budget really work for you, this is a great way to go.

Lots of incredible members of staff work in hotels to make guests' stays memorable and magical but many of our villa owners also go above and beyond for their guests! Plus, you'll be either their only or one of few guests at a given time, ensuring you can get more custom support. Whether they're giving you local tips, preparing an arrival gift, booking a local restaurant for you, offering extra services like cooking lessons or personalised tours, or simply there if something goes wrong, our owners are on hand to provide unique experiences and warm Tuscan hospitality!
