This is a lovely spot in one of the most beautiful spots in Tuscany. Our apartment was spacious and well furnished. Be aware that this is a stone building; it is quite cool indoors, at least in May. We did not figure out how to turn the heat on, so bring sweaters. The house is 20 minutes drive from nearest towns, and it takes about an hour to get into Florence. I was not aware of how remote it was when I booked it, so would like people to be aware of that. Also, the innkeeper, Leonardo, is very nice, and was quite accommodating. I would highly recommend it, and would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Barberino. The apartment was comfortable for 2 couples and having a washing machine was great. Barberino is a quaint little town. Not much available as far as shopping or restaurants. The deli just outside of town is convenient for picking up breakfast and the library was the perfect place to sit with a cup of caffe and enjoy it. Central location for day trips to Sienna, San Gimignano and Florence.

Casa Verdiana is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. My family and I had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for us. It had the everything you need except for internet connection. If I had the chance to visit Tuscany again, I would come back to Casa Verdiana. It feels like I never left home. Greve in Chianti is such a charming town with good restaurants and friendly people.

Beautifully situated Tuscan getaway. Spacious apartment with lavish touches like a Jacuzzi and fireplace. The kitchen needs some more accessories but that's a minor detail. Wonderful.

Beautiful location up high looking out over the green valley below. Very peaceful. Perfect for 3 couples or a family. We particularily enjoyed the large sitting room with a big comfy couch where we entertained relatives two different nights. The swimming pool is very nice but not heated. Giuseppe, the owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to Lucca (a beautiful old walled city), Pisa, Florence - take the train from Montecatinni Terme - Vinci, and San Gimignano.
