A laundry room is also located on this level. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the main living room.

Il Romitoio welcomes pets, and guests travelling with animals should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week of stay. Up to 2 dogs are accommodated, subject to the applicable conditions.
The property is fully fenced with wire mesh and hedges of 1.80 metres in height, and access to the estate is controlled via an automatic entrance gate, ensuring privacy and security throughout your stay. 2 large parking areas are available within the grounds at no additional charge.
The swimming pool is available from the first Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Heating of the pool, up to a maximum temperature of 22°, is available on request when the outside temperature exceeds 12°, subject to the conditions and notice period specified by the property management.
