The pool is covered in PVC with internal lighting, features chlorine purification, a submerged ladder, counter-current swimming, and manually operated geysers, and is heated by solar panels. It is accessible via a 30-meter path and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium is paved with travertine and wood and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shaded gazebo. Adjacent to the main pool is a second circular children's pool, covered in mosaic, with shallow water, hydromassage, and a shower with both hot and cold water. The covered parking area is located 700 meters from the entrance gate and just a few meters from the buildings. Pets are welcome at the property. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning.
