A beautiful villa born from the skilful and refined renovation of an old manor house built at the end of the 19th century and situated in a panoramic position on a hilltop overlooking Lake Chiusi. The rental price includes water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms, with linen changes provided weekly. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge per week. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
