A large loggia extends directly from the French window of the living room and serves as a magnificent outdoor living area, furnished with a comfortable seating arrangement and a dining table shaded by large umbrellas, alongside a traditional stone barbecue, making it an ideal setting for alfresco meals and relaxed evenings. The vineyard borders much of the park, adding a picturesque and authentically Tuscan character to the surroundings. It is worth noting that the photographs of the property have been taken in spring, meaning that the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may appear different upon your arrival depending on the season.
The non-heated swimming pool is located on one side of the main house, in a slightly elevated position reached via a short ramp or a walkway approximately 15 metres from the house. It measures 7 by 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres, is lined in clear PVC, and features chlorine purification, integrated lighting, and Roman steps for easy access to the water.
