The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the upper part of the property, fenced with Photinia hedges for privacy, and is approximately 30 metres from the main house, accessible via a flight of steps from the courtyard. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in light cream-coloured PVC, and features Roman steps for water access along with both internal and external lighting. A large stone solarium surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with sunbeds and tables for relaxed sunbathing. Below the pool, a small annex houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. Directly adjacent to the villa entrances, a veranda provides a charming setting for outdoor dining, while a comfortable seating area invites guests to linger in the open air. In front of the annex and overlooking the pool, a portico furnished with sofas and tables offers the perfect vantage point for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. The south-facing pool area lies in a panoramic position just a few steps from the annex and approximately 20 metres from the main villa, reached via a paved path bordered by flowering shrubs. The rectangular pool measures 6 by 12 metres with a depth of 1.50 metres and is lined in PVC with salt treatment purification, internal lights, Roman steps, and a ladder for water access. In 4 of the larger rooms, it is possible to add a single bed. The annex, positioned just a few metres from the main villa and close to the pool area, consists of a suite with a seating room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
