The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The villa also features a recently built SPA, complete with a large hot tub, a massage room, and a Finnish sauna, the use of which is included in the rental price. The property is fully air conditioned, and this service is included in the rental price. Daily maid service is provided for 4 hours per day, and the final cleaning is included. Bed linen is changed mid-week, and towels are changed twice a week. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any costs for damages or unpaid fees. The indoor heated pool is available for use throughout the year. Pool heating is included from May to October, with a maximum temperature of 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. During other periods, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price. A barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.
The rental price includes final cleaning, a daily made service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may be applicable if requested by local authorities.
The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.
