The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 5 by 16 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, is positioned on the crest of the hill just 20 metres from the villa, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the medieval borgo of Vinci. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and featuring Roman steps, interior lighting, and an automatic cleaning and salt purification system, the pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 11 by 3 metres, is positioned just a few metres from the house, discreetly set apart and encircled by olive trees that ensure complete privacy for swimmers while preserving tranquillity for those who prefer to remain indoors. Purified using an ozone system, the pool is reached by crossing the lawn and is complemented by a solarium terrace of approximately 23 square metres, furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas for your full enjoyment. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

On the right side of the hallway, a bedroom with 2 beds is available, while on the left, a bathroom with shower and a laundry area serve this level. Opposite the entrance, a double bedroom with access to the portico is accompanied by its own bathroom with shower. The villa also features wooden walls, sliding doors, and large windows throughout, ensuring that each room feels both connected to the whole and independently private. A lift serves all floors, ensuring full accessibility for all guests.
