All guests must provide a photocopy of their passport and sign a form for the local authorities upon arrival. The property is within walking distance from the city center. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable. Kitchen services, if desired, must be arranged at least 2 months before arrival. An arrival fee applies if you arrive outside the indicated hours. You should note that any consumption of air conditioning or heating is not included in the rental price and will be charged locally based on actual usage. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 1st to October 31st. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
