The border is finished in travertine marble, while the inner lining is in light-coloured PVC. The pool is purified with chlorine and is equipped with an outdoor cold-water shower, as well as lighting both inside the pool and in the surrounding area. The sunbathing area adjacent to the pool is furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella for your comfort.

The ground floor is accessed via both an internal staircase and an external staircase located next to the main entrance, and opens into a large open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features French windows that provide direct access to the pergola, which is set up for outdoor dining. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The internal terracotta staircase leads to the first floor, where a brightly lit studio with a reading corner connects the remaining sleeping areas. The rectangular heated swimming pool measures 9 x 4.5 meters with a constant depth of 1.30 meters, finished with light-colored PVC and accessed via a Roman staircase. The water is heated to an approximate temperature of 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, subject to a minimum outside temperature of 20 degrees Celsius, and is equipped with an automatic solar cover operated by remote control, as well as an automatic internal lighting system with a twilight sensor. The pool operates from the last week of April to the first week of October. The surrounding solarium is paved with terracotta and framed by Mediterranean herbs and broom hedges, and is furnished with sun loungers and tables. Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may differ from what you encounter upon arrival.

The pool is open from the last week of April to the first week of October. Pets are welcome at the property; however, a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies in the presence of animals. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
