Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. A generously sized sunbathing area surrounds the pool, equipped with umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, small tables, and a sofa with armchairs. Entry to the water is via Roman steps, and a hot-water shower and perimeter lighting are also provided. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Located 50 metres from the property and reserved exclusively for guests' use are 2 synthetic tennis courts, one of which can be converted into a five-a-side football pitch. Four tennis rackets are available for your use.

Castello di Montegufoni is an exclusive location to spend wonderful holidays in the heart of Chianti Region.
Dating back to the 12th century and restored in the 17th century by the noble family of Acciaioli, the Castle has a magnificent tower built on the model of the one of Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.
Montegufoni Castle is part of a large estate comprising vineyards and olive trees and is surrounded by the beautiful Chianti landscape. In the castle there are 39 apartments and a large garden with a nice swimming pool: the perfect spot to relax and have fun with your family and friends.
The Chianti Region is one of the most renowned charming area in Italy for its cultural, historical and enogastronomic traditions. This luxurious Castle offers to our guests incredible holiday experiences (on request) such as cooking lessons, event location, guided tours and more!

At guests’ disposal: large and very charming terraced park furnished with garden furniture and table tennis, beautiful Italian gardens (dating back to the 18th century) with lemon trees and swimming-pool (12 x 6 m - open from 01/04 to 31/10). Reception open from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 18.30. The outbuildings of the castle as well were restored and turned into charming apartments. The castle is run by the Posarelli family. A nice restaurant offering nice recipes of the local Chianti tradition is open every night (from April to October except on Tuesdays). Laundry with shared washing-machine (€ 4,- / per washing). The property is completely fenced, offering privacy and security throughout your stay. A furnished portico with a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley serves as the perfect setting for al fresco dining, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor meals in the open air. The barbecue area is conveniently positioned adjacent to the swimming pool, making it ideal for leisurely summer gatherings. All rooms on the ground floor feature French windows that open directly onto the garden or the fully equipped solarium, where guests can unwind surrounded by lush greenery. The non-heated swimming pool, measuring 10 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and 5 internal steps for easy water access. Reached via 4 steps from the house, the pool area is paved in terracotta and furnished with deck chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may vary at the time of your arrival.

Podere Belvedere is thoughtfully distributed across 2 floors connected by a 14-step wooden staircase, and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a hallway leads to the left into a characterful living room complete with a sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen satellite television. The Pieve di Sant'Ippolito is a small outbuilding in the heart of the Crete Senesi. You will find it on the outskirts of the village of Asciano, in a panoramic and sunny position. The property is composed of the manor house where the owners' family lives, an annexe and the very ancient Church of "Sant'Ippolito e Cassiano", whose origins date back to the 3rd-4th century AD. Inside the church you can admire a beautiful fresco painted by several renowned artists of the Umbrian school, such as Pinturicchio and Raphael, but erroneously attributed to the Sienese painter Giacomo Pacchiarotti a minor artist of the Sienese school. On 13 August, for the feast of Saints Ippolito and Cassiano, the church will be open to the public and a Holy Mass will be celebrated there. During the rest of the year, being part of private property, the owners allow it to be opened only on rare occasions, while guests of the house will be able to visit it freely.
You will reach the village of Asciano, with shops and services of all kinds, by a pleasant walk of just a few minutes.
All around the house you will find a large, fully fenced garden equipped with children's games, a table tennis table, barbecue and tables and chairs for your outdoor meals. The beautiful round swimming pool (dimensions 13 x 8 m, depth 1.20 - 2.10 m) with water geyser, infinity edge with waterfall and 3-seater whirlpool bath will be at your disposal during the whole year. Near the pool there are two gazebos furnished with relaxing armchairs, table, deckchairs and sun loungers for your days of rest in the company of your favourite book. Some outdoor spaces and the swimming pool are in common use with the owners.
At Sant'Ippolito you will find well-kept furnishings and the many facilities inside the house (air conditioning, satellite TV, barbecue, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, mosquito nets, alarm system and Wi-Fi connection) will guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
