The entire property consists of the Podere of about 8 hectares of fields and oak woods. The access road to the property continues beyond the small bridge to the end of its run to the houses of the ancient Mulino del Doccio.

Conveniently located 9 km (5 mi) from Montevarchi, Italy in the tourist area "Arno Valley" and only 31 km (19 mi) from Arezzo. Villa Del Monte is a beautiful stone building (320 sq m) with air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in five bedrooms with five bathrooms.
