Two porticoes provide outdoor living and dining areas, one equipped with a gas barbecue and connected to the kitchen; there is also a gym area shaded by a gazebo.. Access via a 600 m dirt road (in good condition) leading to an automatic driveway gate with a pedestrian entrance; gravel parking area with two covered and two uncovered spaces, located between the villa and swimming pool. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
Open from last Saturday of April till first Saturday of October. The rectangular-shaped swimming pool measures 14 x 7 m with depth varying from 1.10 m to 1,95 m, and can be reached by taking a stone stairway from the garden above. From here you can enjoy a great view on Mount Cetona and the surrounding countryside. The pool has a Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium around the pool is equipped with gazebo to shelter from the sun.
