During the summer you will find stores open at night everywhere in Versilia. The house is also very close to Lido di Camaiore (about 1.5 km), with its long and pleasant “promenade” connected to the Viareggio promenade for a long and safe walk or bike ride, not forgetting restaurants and stores. Forte dei Marmi with its incredible luxury stores is only 5 km away.
The Villa is also a great starting point for visiting all of Tuscany.
Florence is about 1 hour's drive away as are the 5terre. Lucca, with its ancient walls and medieval charm, is only a 20-minute drive from the house and in summer is particularly animated by its Lucca Summer Festival or in November by Lucca Comics. Il Molino is located 12 km (8 mi) from Bagni Di Lucca, Italy and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca - Garfagnana". Il Molino is a beautiful stone building (100 sq m) with private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to seven people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The house has a big garden, about 5000 sqm, and part of it (20 sqm) are fenced in case of the presence of a pet.
There is also a small cottage on the property where the owners spend a weekend from time to time in order to take care of the swimming pool and garden.
The house is equipped with wi-fi connection but being surrounded by forest the connection is not always stable.
