The indoor heated pool is available for use throughout the year. Pool heating is included from May to October, with a maximum temperature of 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. During other periods, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price. A barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.

The rental price includes final cleaning, a daily made service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may be applicable if requested by local authorities.

The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.
