This property comprises 2 comfortable apartments all of which recently restored and tastefully furnished. Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.
Distances: San Donato in Poggio with all kinds of shops 500 m away, Greve in Chianti 15 km, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Florence 20 km, Siena 35 km away, Pisa (airport) 95 km away, Arezzo approx. 100 km, Cortona 140 km away. Rome is approx. 300 km away.
