Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

In front of the annex and overlooking the pool, a portico furnished with sofas and tables offers the perfect vantage point for enjoying an aperitif at sunset. The south-facing pool area lies in a panoramic position just a few steps from the annex and approximately 20 metres from the main villa, reached via a paved path bordered by flowering shrubs. Beyond the hallway lies a fully equipped professional kitchen, followed by 2 double bedrooms, both featuring windows without a view and each with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The ground floor is completed by a guest bathroom and a laundry room. The first floor, accessible both via the internal staircase and directly from the outside through an entrance at the rear of the house, hosts 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, all with private bathrooms with shower. Also on this floor is a two-level suite comprising, on the lower level, a spacious living room with direct outside access, and on the upper level, reached by a flight of stairs, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, all sharing a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where 4 double bedrooms are located, each with a private bathroom: 3 with shower and 1 with an ensuite bathtub and shower. The attic comprises a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, as well as a further double bed situated in a room with a ceiling height of 1.30 metres, which also has its own bathroom with shower. In 4 of the larger rooms, it is possible to add a single bed. A few steps lead down to the lower terrace, where the swimming pool takes pride of place within a fully fenced enclosure approximately 20 metres from the villa. The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 12 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres. It is lined in light-coloured PVC and maintained with chlorine purification, accessible via a metal ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved in terracotta and furnished with sunbeds, while a gazebo shaded by jasmine provides a charming spot with a table and chairs for leisurely afternoons. Mediterranean vegetation, ancient olive trees, and open views across the Tuscan countryside complete this peaceful outdoor sanctuary. Both internal and garden lighting are activated automatically via a twilight sensor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
