Property Borgo Santinovo is a beautiful property that includes shared pool. The vacation home has been divided into a total of 12 independent apartments. The property can accommodate up to 42 people comfortably in 22 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms.
The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

The swimming pool is positioned on a higher level than the main house and is reached by a short flight of stone steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.30 metres. The pool is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, Roman steps for easy entry, and both internal and external lighting. A cold-water shower is available poolside. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in elegant porphyry stone and fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa Iside is arranged over 2 floors connected by a characterful stone staircase, offering a spacious and well-considered layout that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, for a total of 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by an entrance hall leading into a living room furnished with sofas and an ornamental fireplace. An open-plan kitchen and dining area adjoins this space and opens directly onto the outdoor pergola through French windows. A guest bathroom and a dedicated laundry room complete the ground floor. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Pets are welcome at the villa, and guests are kindly asked to note that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies per animal per week of stay. The tourism tax may apply depending on current local regulations. Heating is available upon request for stays between November and April.

Nice property with pool situated near the beautiful medieval hamlet of San Donato in Poggio, half-way between Florence and Siena. This property comprises 2 comfortable apartments all of which recently restored and tastefully furnished. Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.
