Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

Rectangular in shape, it measures 11 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters, and features PVC lining, Roman steps for access, internal lighting, and a chlorine filtration system. The surrounding sunbathing area is finished with high-quality synthetic grass, featuring a perforated backing with an advanced drainage system to prevent water stagnation, yarns treated with antibacterial agents during production, and a surface that remains soft and cool without overheating in the sun, becoming cold in winter, or retaining moisture after rain. The solarium is equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.

By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
