La Nula is a characteristic stone farmhouse located in an elevated position above the Val di Cecina, with a view that extends to Lake Santa Luce and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The land of the villa covers about 2000 square meters of Mediterranean scrub, with olive trees, strawberry trees and cypress trees. A flat terrace around the villa area creates a pleasant outdoor environment for relaxation surrounded by nature. In front of the villa, a shaded terrace includes a porch with sofas and dining table overlooking the pool and surrounding hills. A gravel driveway leads to the parking area with space for up to six cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

A wooden gate located just a few metres from the portico leads directly to the beach, where guests may set up sunbeds to enjoy the sun-filled days. 2 showers with hot water are available at the beach access point for added convenience. Both the sea-facing side and the pool side of the property are furnished with umbrellas, tables, and chairs, creating comfortable outdoor living areas throughout the estate. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The oval-shaped, non-heated swimming pool is positioned on the north side of the villa, nestled within a natural hollow in the sand dunes that already existed on the site, encircled by an amphitheatre of juniper hedges. In keeping with the owners' deep respect for the environment, no trees were cut down during its construction. The pool measures 9 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.90 metres, is purified with chlorine, and features a swimming upstream function. The surrounding pool area is equipped with a bar area, deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, a shower with hot water, tables, and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
