Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

This villa was completely restored in 2010 and turned into a welcoming country house providing all comforts. The interiors are nicely and tastefully furnished. The Italian style garden is partly in grass and partly in pebble stones. The villa's façade is dominated by a palm tree.
