Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. Villa Ardene is located 3 km (2 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Orcia Valley". Holiday home Villa Ardene is a lovely stone building that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms.
The Villa staff can organize various customized services such as: guided tours of wineries in Montepulciano, tasting tours, E-bike rental or tour, airport shuttle services and much more.
The Villa consists of a main building and a dependance surrounded by a beautiful garden, each one offering several apartments and bedrooms with bathrooms. A communal dining-room with kitchen is available, accessible only from the outside and not connected with the rest of the property from the inside.
